The current version of Adaptive software is v9-10

All Customers: All customers will require the following files:

AdaptiveUserGuide.doc - The Adaptive User Guide (in MS Word format)

AdaptiveServerSetup910.exe - This file contains the set-up executable for all Adaptive Server software.

Call Recorder Customers: For customers that are installing the Adaptive Call Recorder, the following files will be required:

AdaptiveCallRecorderSetup910.exe - This contains the Adaptive Call Recorder software and the drivers for Call Recorder hardware.

Web Assist Customers:
For customers that are installing the Adaptive Web Assist product you will need to download the folliwng file.

WebAssist-v2.zip - this Zipfile includes all files required to install Adaptive Web Assist onto a Microsoft IIS WebServer.

• Customers with a version 9 Adaptive Call Recorder will require a new licence prior to upgrade. To request this upgrade please email support@nms-adaptive.com
  
  
• All other customers with a previous version of Adaptive software can purchase an upgrade at a discounted rate. Please contact your supplier for further information.
