We believe that doing business with NMS
should be simple and straightforward. We have clear policies
regarding orders and delivery, support and warranty, refunds
and returns and the privacy and security of your personal
information.

by calling our sales team on 0845 612 4000. All software products

the order process you will be asked to nominate the email
address to which you would like your purchase to be sent to.

support team for a return number BEFORE sending back faulty
equipment to us. Any goods received without a returns number
will be rejected.
Refund and Return

We strongly suggest that you download and use a free trial
of our software before you purchase. This provides you a period
of time to confirm that our product does exactly what you
want it to. In addition to the free trial, we offer a 7day
return guarantee. This means that if for any reason you are
unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its
original condition within 30 days of the date you received
the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact,
software must not have been activated) and we will issue a
full refund for the price you paid for the item. We can only
accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please
note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that
have been returned to us after 14 days unless they are faulty.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Orders can be cancelled up to the time that the software has
been supplied by email or hardware shipped. Unfortunately,
we are unable to accept cancellation of orders after this
time but if you are unhappy with your order you may return
it to us subject to our refund/ returns policy.

including as necessary the personal and financial information
required to process those transactions. In each case, we collect
such information only insofar as is necessary or appropriate
to fulfill the purpose of the visitor's interaction with us.
We do not disclose personally-identifying information other

may be located outside of your home country; by using our

them. We will not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying
and personally-identifying information to anyone. Other than
